Spoiler Alert: Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2013!

 

 

The moment that everyone is waiting for has finally arrived and our lips are sealed! Well, not totally… The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show doesn’t air until next month, December 10th only on CBS...but I’ve got some serious spoilers to hold you over until then. From which models opened and closed the show, to how high their heels are, I have all the answers.  

 

 If you don’t want details about the 2013 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, STOP READING NOW! But, they’re good, trust me you don’t want to miss them! (in no particular order) all the need to know items below:

 

 

 

 

 One of the most highly anticipated shows of the year opened with a tribute to all things British. With singer Taylor Swift even slipping on a Union Jack cape. This year was no disappointment as the Victoria's Secret Girls strutted the catwalk in spectacular lingerie. Things turned to the Amazon with a Birds of Paradise theme - lots and lots of feathers. So - the secret's out...

This year’s themes will includes:

Opening theme: British Invasion Parisian Nights 

Birds of Paradise 

Pink Network (Elsa Hosk is dressed like an emoji in this section) 

Shipwrecked 

Closing theme: Snow Angels  

Candice Swanepoel will open the show walking down the 100 FT glittery runway 

Karlie Kloss is NOT getting extensions this year! She will rock her short hair on the runway 

40 models were cast this year— the most models casted over the last 18 years! 

The average Angel height is 5 feet 10 inches 

28 pairs of wings were created for the runway with a total of 67 looks!

 Of the official Angels, Brazilian model Adriana Lima is the longest-running in history, and therefore the highest-paid. She has held a contract with the lingerie brand since 2000 and has walked in every show since. 

Last year she opened the show just two months after giving birth .
This year she will, at one point during the show, wear a Pearly Queen-inspired costume which required 3,000 pearl buttons.

 There will be 120 applications of VS Makeup Volume Life Mascara and 80 applications of VS makeup shine drama lip gloss 

All of the models are wearing six-inch Nicholas Kirkwood heels.
